We can't rewrite the past, but you can author what comes next
About me

Hello, I’m Gemma, a qualified integrative therapist and registered member of the BACP.
After spending many years working in a corporate environment, I decided to pursue a long-held dream of going back to University to retrain as a counsellor. I believe the challenges life has thrown my way have shaped me not only as a person, but as a counsellor, giving me a greater understanding of some of the challenges that you as a client may face.
My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity and a belief that every person’s story deserves space to be heard.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand how life can change in ways we never expect and how resilience, connection and meaning can be rebuilt through those changes. These experiences have shaped the way I work: with empathy, steadiness and respect for each person’s unique journey.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can pause, reflect and begin to make sense of what’s happening for you. Whether you’re navigating loss, change, or simply feeling stuck, my aim is to help you find clarity and confidence in your next chapter.
Transform your life and find peace with tailored counselling.
